Pelican Magsafe Grip -Stand - bottle opener
I designed a magsafe phone grip aimed at men, for Pelican. This 3 in 1 features an over-sized grip ring and works as a stand and bottle opener.
Appealing to Guys
The men I spoke with felt that phone grip rings are a women’s product. To address this perception, I set out to make a phone grip that acts like a multi tool. Bottle openers emerged as an interesting solution.

Key Features
The 3-in-1 incorporates an extra large grip ring, for a more masculine slant. The octagonal shape gives the ring straight edges, making it more stable as a phone stand. I added the bottle opener as a key feature, to make the grip feel more like a multi-tool.
